Over 25 years I have worked across investment banking, structured finance, syndication and client coverage in the UAE, Kuwait and Canada.
At ADIB I lead end-to-end execution of aviation and shipping financings, from origination and structuring through documentation and financial close, and partner with the bank's Corporate Finance & Investment Banking team on project finance transactions.
Earlier roles include First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Warba Bank, International Leasing & Investment Company (Kuwait), CIBC and KPMG Canada.
I am particularly interested in how the energy transition and AI are reshaping infrastructure and aviation finance, the subject of my MSc in Energy Policy at the University of Sussex.
